I've grown through every layer of the tech stack - support, sysadmin, development, DevOps, project management, and now CTO, who knows what comes next. Each transition was driven by business need and my willingness to learn. That depth gives me perspective on how all the pieces connect. That path shaped how I operate today. Building systems that are stable, predictable, and resistant to chaos. I like owning what I build end-to-end, understanding the constraints, and improving what can be improved. Close to the infrastructure, to the code when needed, and to the people doing the work, not to interfere, but to support and keep decisions anchored in how things actually work or should. Deep balance keeps decisions grounded in reality. I ve seen what strong systems and strong people can achieve together, teams that value consistency over noise, commitment over posture, and clarity over shortcuts and I ve also seen what happens when they are missing. Both experiences guide how I lead and what I prioritize. Today, my focus is on growth, building technology that scales, teams that grow with autonomy, and an environment where execution and reliability matter as much as vision.
